School Support Documentation for Academic Success
In addition to NDIS support, we can provide clinical assessments and supporting documentation to assist students with their educational needs, where approved by the relevant education department. Our assessments offer valuable insights into a student’s health status, functional abilities, and support requirements, helping schools develop Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and appropriate accommodations to support learning and participation. This is not a replacement of a Functional Capacity Assessment, however a clinical assessment holistically engaging the education team to provide care and understanding to the Childs needs.
