Clinical Nurse Assessments

At Kalkoup Community Care, we are experienced in delivering comprehensive clinical nurse assessments tailored to meet NDIS requirements, support school Individual Education Plans (IEPs), and provide documentation relating to wound care, continence, enteral feeding, and other complex care needs.

Assessments can be completed at our office, in your workplace, at a school or education setting (where appropriate), or in the comfort of the client’s home, allowing us to provide a flexible and person-centred service that suits individual circumstances.
